Rules of priority
Should the villa part of the property be occupied during any period then the pool, Jacuzzi and upper areas will be deemed out of bound to the hirer's of the apartment, the hire of the apartment has been priced accordingly. With the express permission of the hirer of the villa the hirer of the apartment may only then assume the right to use of the pool, Jacuzzi and upper areas and then only without detriment to the villa hirer and their guests.
The hirer of the apartment should assume that the pool and Jacuzzi and upper areas are out of bounds in any case. No promise or warranty is given to the hirer of the apartment with regards to the pool, the Jacuzzi or the upper terraces and gardens. Likewise the hirer of the villa has no right over the apartment terrace.
When the villa and the apartment are hired by separate hirers both parties should observe the common rules of decency and noise pollution.
We are able to offer two types of rental package as follows:
Fully Managed Rental - This is when a member of our team will be available to service your needs with regards to cleaning - bed linen - towels and transport. Transport for up to 4 adults to pre arranged locations within a twenty five mile radius from 10am to 12 midnight once a day and 2 journeys for up to 4 adults twice a day within a 4 mile radius of the villa (shopping etc)
The pool and Jacuzzi area will be tidied and kept clean throughout your stay. The pool will be cleaned of normal reasonably expected rubbish every day, ie leaves and dust. The terraces will be kept clean. Bed linen and towels will be changed twice weekly and the inside of the property will be tidied. No contact whatsoever will be made with hirer's personal belongings other than clothes and only then to tidy.
The fully managed option is only available for 8 persons or less staying due to our team member having to be accommodated in the apartment within the property. Transport of the eight adults will be by means of two journeys in the same vehicle.
It is the reponsibility of the hirer to ensure that there is no undue wastage of electricity, water and gas. Air conditioning units should be used only when necessary and then follow the rules by keeping doors and windows shut to increase the efficiency and thus make the environment more pleasant.
10% Refundable deposits will be taken to cover damage and theft of fixtures and fittings
Unmanaged Rental - when the guests will hire the property and be responsible for their own washing of bed linen, towels and cleaning. Transport will not be included in this option. It is possible for eleven persons to be accommodated in this option, three of which will be in the apartment.
Clean bed linen and clean towels will be provided on arrival and washing of these articles will be the total responsibility of the hirer. No tidying of the pool and Jacuzzi area will be made. The terraces will not be tidied. The pool will receive a normal weekly clean. The water levels and chemicals in the Pool and Jacuzzi will be maintained by ourselves. It is therefore the responsibility of the hirer to make their stay more pleasant by keeping the outside and inside ares clean and tidy.
