Deposits and Bookings
A 10% non-refundable deposit will be required immediately on placing the booking. Without the deposit a booking will not be accepted
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the first date of occupancy.
Damage and Theft
A further 10% deposit will be required to cover damage other than fair wear and the theft of fixtures and fittings. This deposit will be refunded to the hirer immediately on inspection of the property which will take place within seven days of the date of leaving in any case.
